Title: Numerical methods for a
class of R-linear Beltrami equations

Abstract:
In this talk we
discuss several numerical methods for solving the R-linear Beltrami
equation together with an asymptotical condition at infinity, which
arises in Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT). The key is to
solve an R-linear singular integral equation defined in a bounded
domain. Both the discretization scheme in Cartesian coordinates and
the discretization scheme in polar coordinates are given. We
briefly introduce some properties of the resulting R-linear
operators. Numerical examples are reported to illustrate the
convergence of the proposed
discretization schemes.
